Delivery and return policy

The products ordered on hrrluxury.com are delivered quickly, within 24-48 hours, from the order confirmation date. The order confirmation is when the order is shipped. All orders that are placed on Saturdays and Sundays are processed and sent by courier starting with the first day of the week. During busy periods and during the holidays, there is a possibility that some orders may have small delays, but which will be announced to the customer in advance.

To pay for the products ordered on hrrluxury.com, we offer you the following options:

·       Pay cash or cash on delivery

· Payment with Bank Card

The transport is free both on the territory of Romania for all orders that are registered in our platform: hrrluxury.com

Parcels are delivered via Sameday. 

 

RETURN POLICY

The buyer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that he is canceling the purchase, and to return the product/products within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, according to Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014.

The direct costs of returning the products are borne by the buyer. To exercise the right to unilaterally terminate the contract, you must inform us in writing, by filling out the Return Form or inform the seller about the return operation or by e-mail to the address: contact@hrrluxury.com where to mention the Name, Surname, phone number - the item purchased.

 Refunds will be made within 14 days from the date of acceptance of the return by KJR DISTRIBUTION SRL. The product must not have been used and unsealed, or the protective accessories have not been removed, and must contain all elements in the original condition to be resold as a new product. If the product shows signs of use or elements have been removed that make it unfit to be sold as a new product, the withdrawal cannot take place.

In order to be able to resolve your return request as quickly as possible, we recommend that you reimburse the products through a courier company (eg: Sameday, FAN Curier, Urgent-Cargus, Nemo Express, GLS), and not through the Romanian Post. The buyer can opt to replace the returned product with another available in stock. If you want to replace the returned product with another one available in stock, the costs of the return will be borne by you, as the customer, and those of the delivery of the new product will be borne by the merchant. Replacement with a product with a higher value requires payment of the difference by refund upon receipt of the parcel. Reimbursement of the value of the returned product will be made in no more than 14 calendar days by bank transfer to the IBAN account specified by the customer.

If you received a product other than the one you ordered or a product with defects, contact the hrrluxury.com team within 48 hours by email at hrrluxury@gmail.com, to complain about this situation and we will ensure that the product to be replaced with a new product or that the money will be refunded as soon as possible. Only in this situation, the return and transport costs for the replacement product, if applicable, are borne by KJR DISTRIBUTION SRL. For products whose parcels show visible damage upon receipt by courier, we recommend that you refuse to receive them.
